Oberoi Hotels & Resorts Gift Card is issued by Pine Labs Private Limited under the brand name of Qwikcilver.
Valid Gift Card in its original form has to be presented at the time of availing a service.
Multiple transactions can be performed on a Gift Card until the value of the card is exhausted.
Gift Card may be used only at participating Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Trident Hotels in India.
All Gift Cards issued after January 01, 2018 shall have a minimum validity period of 1 (one) year from the date of last loading / reloading of the Gift Card.
The company purchasing the Gift Card shall, at all times, keep the passwords that are created by the company or its customers/beneficiaries on the Website and the Gift Card Pin generated strictly confidential and not reveal the same to any person or entity.
This Gift Card cannot be transferred for balance value or redeemed for cash.
This Gift Card is cash equivalent. Pine Labs, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts or their affiliates are not responsible if this Gift Card is lost, stolen or destroyed or used without permission.
No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the Gift Card.
The Gift Card cannot be used for deposit, advance purchase or to secure or confirm a reservation.
Any defaced, spoiled or cancelled physical Gift Card is termed invalid and shall not be accepted.
Any dispute shall be referred to Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and the decision of Oberoi Hotels & Resorts will be final.
Subject to the foregoing, these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi, India.

Non-receipt of Gift Card post 7 days of receipt of dispatch confirmation has to be reported immediately or else Pine Labs, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts or their affiliates will not be liable for the misuse of the card.
If a guest purchases more than 50 cards or buys Gift Cards with value exceeding 2 Lacs or redeems in more than 100 transactions or redeems amount greater than 4 Lacs in a period of 30 days, Pine Labs will send a communication to these customers to check on the genuineness of the transaction.
No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards.
To register and activate your Giftwrapped by Oberoi Gift Card, please send a SMS from your mobile phone as follows: ACT16-Digit Card Number6 Digit Pin to 9717500167. The sending of the said message to the designated mobile number and receipt of due acknowledgement thereto, shall constitute registration of the User.
Oberoi Hotels & Resorts shall honour and consider requests for blocking of Gift Cards only from users who have registered in accordance with the terms above.
